Dr. Smith was raised in Morgan Hill and received her BS in Biological Sciences and MS in Biological Sciences (Systems Physiology) from San Jose State University. She then attended the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, where she received her DVM degree in 2005. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her furry and non-furry family members and friends, reading, gardening, and working on home improvement projects.
